Recaredo Gutiérrez, born on April 9, 1952, in Holguín, Cuba, is a renowned entrepreneur, music producer, and promoter. From a young age, he opposed Fidel Castro’s regime, which led to political troubles and resulted in him being imprisoned twice. Despite these challenges, he developed an exceptional talent for business and, after leaving Cuba in 1979, emigrated to the United States, where he thrived financially. In the music industry, he is the founder and owner of the big bands Tropicana All Stars and RG Royal Sound Orchestra, as well as Cha Cha Cha Old Star and Label´s music Regu Records and RG Records projects that celebrated both Cuban and international music and received international acclaim. The Tropicana All Stars, with their tribute to Benny Moré, was nominated twice for the Grammy Awards. Recaredo also presented major productions at the prestigious Las Vegas Hilton and Sahara Hotel. Throughout his life, he has owned commercial properties in Florida, Louisiana, New York, New Jersey, and Montana, and has worked with prominent artists such as Chocolate Armenteros, Juanito Márquez, Juan Pablo Torres, Mike Lewis, Paquito D'Rivera, Israel Kantor, Roberto Torres, Willy Chirinos and Marco Antonio Muñiz. He has built a business empire and remains an influential figure in both the business world and the music industry.
